I am looking to replace a RPi 4 with a Z83-4 that is used as a digital display connected to an HDMI TV. The TV is turned on and off at specific times using CEC commands from the RPi. Is CEC supported on the Z83-4? I wasn't able to get it to work with a Linux install, but thought it may be supported in the Windows 10 driver.
