Changing the video file image in KODI

The videos you see in the image show "One Frame" from each video. For example, the first video shows a cellphone, in the second video a man, in the third video a man and a woman together. These image frames are selected by software by default. I want to know if you can choose another frame to display?

They are called thumbnails, as far as I am aware you cannot change them in Kodi.

Yes.
I searched a little (and on kodi forum) and it is complicated, for me it is fine with default settings.
