At least in windows :
64 bits is for machines who have equal or more than 4GB RAM, this way SO detects the full amount of RAM and works much faster.
32 bits only can acess 4GB RAM.

I dont know if in other OS it is the same thing but it should be.

I've tested this rom with minix some minix airmouse. The black and red version, not sure which model. Think it's an early model needs me opening developer mode to turn off the USB audio option as no sound was present until I unplugged minix remote.
 
Any video file with VP9.2 codec doesnt playing correctly with HDR on Minix U9 on FW008.

HDR10 videos in VP9 profile 2.0 format can be played, but the output doesn’t seem to have HDR metadata.

Didn’t try YouTube, but VP9.2 + HDR files do not activate HDR on TV.
Edit: Just checked, doesn’t work with YouTube either.

4K works nicely on Kodi YouTube but HDR doesn’t. We can only sit and wait for this to be added to the kernel.

all works perfect only the internet turn off if the box moves to a sleep mode and only restarting Minix solve it.
there are suggesting to solve that?

Hi for me it works perfect this way:
-put both router and minix with static ips.
Your router it should already be with static ip, change minix device to static ip instead of DHCP.
The best is if you can change in your router configuration (enter ip adress) and add a static ip for your minix device .

This one is working great so far here also.
Maybe i missed it, but can i manually register ipadress, dns anywhere?
 
Well this beta is working good for beta colors on video great channel change fast i like the design so far so good it look like the official firmware for me that's how great this firmware is working thanks Guy
