CTV GO app crashes when starting to stream

I have a neo u9-h with the original firmware. Most of my go apps work fine except ctv go app. It starts up fine and I can browse about no problem but when I try to stream, the app crashes. Any idea what might be wrong?

I just tried the app version 2.6.3 and U9-H FW008 and the app appears to function OK
No crashing when streaming!
Not signed in as do not have account or TV service provider
