DAC needed for Neo X8-H to play Hi res music

Hi, I am looking for a DAC for connecting my Minix Neo X8-H to my amplifier-speakers. Main objective is to play hi res audio files in Flac format. Please suggest a DAC that would work, best considering it should be supported by the Android version 4.4.2

My current set up is:
Minix > 3.5 audio out RCA cable > Norge amplifier > audio cables > Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 bookshelf speakers

Which app are you using to play your high res music before you spend any money?

Some streaming services/apps like Amazon Music HD currently don't support external DAC's in Android for example. (Double check the app you're using in Android definitely supports a DAC before throwing money at it .)

Poweramp V3 is a good option for local files but fairly sure (without looking it up) that you need Android Lollipop minimum for support with external DACs too. You may find Android 4.4.2 a limiting factor as well, again this may be app dependant.
