Hi, anyone have this issue when trying to plug in your x8h plus. I am using the latest version of the burning tool but it just refuses to acknowledge that the device is connected. I have used 3 cables and tried all usb port combinations but for some reason nothing seems to work. using win 10. I have also tried different combinations of power/reset button presses...all ng. can I download the fw to a usb mem stick and upgrade through that method instead? If so is it the same FW file used in the burn tool method?
