Device won't turn on after firmware update and shutdown.

I recently updated the firmware to [1903], and after the first shutdown, the device no longer turns on. I press the button (tried long presses, too), but no LEDs on the main unit or plugged-in USB devices (e.g. lighted mouse) are turning on. I have additionally tried it on a different outlet that I know to work. Any idea what the issue can be? How can I diagnose this?
 
I have had this problem! Through the driver update software, I accidentally updated the firmware and obviously now it remains with green light without video output
 
I had exactly the same issue after updating my Minix Z83-4 to Windows 10 v1909 (the install was successful, but after a reboot I got the green light issue). The following solution worked for me:
