I noticed that when thr TeamViewer connection is active, the MINIX's Sleep power option does not worke: MINIX returns after a few seconds, with TeamViewer connection still alive.

Yes, putting to sleep the minix from the PC Teamviewer connection it wakes up again after a few seconds.
Powering off from the PC Teamviewer connection does work though.

Putting the minix to sleep from the minix does work though.
