elementary OS on z83-4 Pro possible?

Has anybody tried to install it? If successful, which version? I like elementary or mint better than Ubuntu, but unfortunately I have no real Linux advance knowledge, I would need some advice if somebody already tried successfully...

Actually I am using it and it is awesome, the only problem is the WiFi that is not working, but I don't care cause I use the LAN cable.
But I didn't update it to the last version that is based on ubuntu 18.04.3 (I guess) cause I heard about some issue with the HDMI.
I don't if it has been solved, do someone know something? @Marty @linuxium

In theory if you are running the latest kernel (as provided by the distro) then it should be fixed. What does 'uname -r' return?
