I've posted before, in another thread, a problem I have with the 240Gb SSD that I purchased with my NEO N42C4 from Amazon.
The problem couldn't be solved via tech support and so, I'm going to end up being refunded for the SSD.
Because the original storage is not large enough for my needs, I will be purchasing an external SSD.
My questions deal with functionality.
With the 240GB SSD, I know there was a process involved where Windows validated the SSD, in order to run Windows 10 from it?
If I were to use an external SSD, just how well will this work out?
I'm not interested in using the new SSD for storing files but, to actually run programs from it.
Is there anything I should beware of when I install this new SSD?
