External USB not found

Dear all,

It seems stupid but my usb hard drive is not reconnized by the minix : failed to open file. I don't understand why. It worked in the past and now not anymore. For informaiton the device is working on other laptop or PC.

You can have a look on the 3 attached pictures

Anybody can help me on this ?

Have you error checked the drive? (Regardless of it seeming to function normally on a PC.)

Do you have a spare drive that you can copy the contents over to, reformat the affected drive, & then move everything back again?

What's the HDD format ? (NTFS, EXTfat, Fat32, ..)

The external device is working (as you said is working either laptop or pc).

So, the problem must be your u9h
Try this for now:
-Try another usb port
-uninstall all apps you don't need.
-clear es file Explorer cache and data.
-try another file Explorer (x-plore , available in play store)
-restart minix
-don't forget to do a backup (if anything goes wrong).
