External wireless keyborad plugged into my U22

Hi. I have an external wireless keyborad plugged into my U22. The keys "enter" and "escape" are not working absolutelly.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem ?
Thanks in advance for any help. (I am new in this forum so I hope this is the right place for stuff like this...)

Have you updated to the latest 004 firmware?

Otherwise, could be related to the known issues involving incorrect key mapping for enter on remotes etc.
 
Thanks for your reply ArcticWolf. Yes I have the latest 004 FW. Is there something I can do to fix the issue with these such important keys ? (enter and escape...)
