Importantly, you must also rename your USB stick to "WINPE" as stated in the instructions, (although, oddly many seem to miss that particular step).

If using F11 doesn't work on the fly, try rebooting, immediately enter the BIOS, & from there set your USB stick to the primary boot device, save & exit.

As soon as the device automatically carries out a reboot after installing Windows, enter the BIOS again & change the primary boot device back to the eMMC, save & exit.

Any change or still stuck? (If you are still stuck, then please at least provide a step by step of the procedure you're employing as we're completely in the dark as to what you have or haven't tried at this stage ;).)
