flashing process failed, how to fix?

Hello,
I had a minix neo 7 216A with firmware android 4.2.2 and i tried to update it to lollipop (by following this video minute 1:07 )

but the flashing process failed in step "download IDB start"
When i tried to redo the flashing process using the previous firmware version (android 4.2.2) the connected device square on RKBatch tool isn't green as expected but blue and i'm not able to start the flashing process anymore :'( i hope that i didn't damaged my box
Is there any other way to force the flashing?

There is no official Android Lollipop OS firmware for NEO X7.
Please confirm the exact firmware you attempted to install.
