[GUIDE] Updating the computer firmware/BIOS UEFI (NO Windows needed)

Hello there,

First of all, thanks to the excellent support that the Minix support team gave via E-Mail using support@minix.com.hk
Contact them if you need technical help. They seem to be very competent and usually answer on the same day. Many thanks to them!
This is how to update the computer BIOS without using any operating system, but the UEFI interface instead.

-Download the BIOS update from this MEGA link, called "MINIX NEO Z100-0dB AD0J0181 20240308.zip":

(Should the MEGA link go down, ask the support team on support@minix.com.hk)

-Format an USB drive as FAT32, and decompress the ZIP contents there.
-Reboot your Z100-0DB computer, and while keeping the power button pressed, press the F11 key on the keyboard.
Select the UEFI option, and press 'Enter' key.
-Once you are on the UEFI shell, enter these commands


FS3:
ls
AfuEfix64.efi AD0J0181.bin /p /b /n /x

The BIOS flasing will start. Once flashing has completed, reboot the computer and you are ready to enjoy your updated BIOS.

To enter the Boot Menu:
Power on the device then hold down the F11 key until you see the Boot Menu
Alternatively, hold down the F11 key before powering on the device.

To enter the BIOS:
Hold down the 'Delete' key when you power on the device.
Alternatively, select 'Enter Setup' from the Boot Menu

Sorry my mistake! It turns out that my smart tv (for some reason) Does not work as a display when I try to access the bios. I finally used the monitor from my other pc and accessed the bios.

But the instruction, "While keeping the power button pressed, press the F11 key on the keyboard." is still not totally correct!
