Hard drive

Why when i connect my external hardrive to the minix its displaying no files found ?

More details please!! As yet, nobody here has acquired the necessary skills to read minds ;). (Although, I think @Villa may be close to a mind reading level up with another 200-300 forum posts lol :ROFLMAO:.)

Which firmware release are you actually using with your U9-H? (We can assume based on where you've posted but you really need to clarify.)

Which app or apps are you using to view, or access the files?

Make/model, & size of your HDD? How is the HDD formatted? Was it just quick formatted or long formatted?

Are you connecting the HDD via a USB hub & if yes, details of the USB hub?

Do the same files show up normally on other devices & have you error checked the drive?

Any other relevant information that may help you or others troubleshoot?

Hey, can you tell us how did you solve your problem if you solved it ? Thanks

Does it recognize the disk as a drive and shows the partition, does it show letters?
Unser C?

I can reset my USB connections with Iobit, Win creates a chronicle? Did you plug in your hard disk and reboot?

Does the status LED on the hard drive work?

Good Tool.

Unless the OP states otherwise or for the benefit of other U9-H owners who may experience similar circumstances; it may be best to assume for now that they may not have access to a PC before posting Windows based remedies for Android users.

Can you please also post clearly linked & related posts (three in one minute) in one single post rather than creating a separate post for each & every new sentence or paragraph too. (It causes an endless amount of additional clutter & it makes it far more difficult than it needs to be for other users to browse possible remedies at a later time only to find another user literally creating separate posts each time they start a new sentence. (Better to create one long post & enter a "TLDR" than multiple quick fire single sentence responses.))

Thanks :).
