If you want to use windows ISO:
1-Download ISO from Microsoft (latest is 20H2)
2-use ventoy:

3-After OS installation - install the drivers (if you need)

Ventoy is very easy to use, i already tested and it works very well ?

Note:
Enter BIOS key- del
Boot menu key - F11

Other option is to use MINIX image:
