Help please

Hi, I may have missed a thread about this. So my randomly kicked me out of show box app. I reset it now it only turns but won't register any remote e.g one that comes with box or eSynic remote. Any ideas please? I cancelled my subscription for sky the Minix box is life for me right now. Any help would be sincerely appreciated ??

Can you please be clearer about your issues?

Are you saying you're having issues with the remote with specific apps? Or, you're having issues with the remote connecting to your X8-H Plus?

Which remote are you using as well? The small basic remote or an A2 Lite/A3 air mouse?

What firmware do you have ?
