This is for my job.
We have a J51-C8 machine that was working fine until recently it froze on startup. It will get to the Minix screen and either freeze and need to be shut down or it will come up with "Preparing automatic repair" and then come to the troubleshoot screen. From the troubleshooting screen there are options for command prompt, uefi settings, etc. but none of these seem to fix the issue. And at random points during these two processes the computer might just freeze and go to the "stop code" screen. I am attaching the two screens I am referring to. I took a 3 minute video of the entire process but it is too large to get uploaded. We've also tried rolling back updates, booting from a usb drive, and pretty much every other option possible. Is this machine salvageable?
