How can I access the INTERNAL memory of my U22-XJ from a PC or a phone? :eek::eek:
My U22 freezes just after I power it up (with the bright MINIX logo in the center) :censored::censored:

Of course, I could flash the firmware or do a clean wipe from recovery, but I NEED to copy some files from the eMMC first :oops:
I trid to connect to my PC through the OTG port, but it doesn't work… :cry::cry::cry:

Let me guess, you updated the binaries for SuperSU.....

I can try help but I first need to know if you have an SD Card of at least 2GB that you can format to FAT32. No guarantee this will work for you though!!
 
My u22 box is brand new and i installed a supersu app and now its stuck at the glowing MINIX screen. I try the reset button and factory wipe and reset and its still doing the same thing…. Frustrated very much

And then the the screen is stuck at the MINIX logo?

Eric, this is an issue from more than an a year ago and was solved! ;)

But now a new member, @Kaelub has a similar issue. Which will hopefully be solved the same way!

I tried to install the supersu app on NEO U22-XJ, but I did not encounter the problem you mentioned. What is the current firmware version of the brand new NEO U22-XJ?

You may need root switch version of the firmware.
