i am trying for a couple of days to repair my z64, with no success. i get this after trying to reinstall windows with a file from this forum.

can you please guide me?

Did you follow the installation instructions?

1. Prepare an 8GB or 16GB of NTFS format USB memory stick and change the
name to “WINPE”.
2. Unzip the “Z64-W win10 OS.zip” file and then copy all child file to USB-Stick
root directory.
3. Connect the keyboard and USB memory stick to NEO Z64-W, boot your NEO
Z64-W then press F11, and then select “USB stick”. You don’t need to do
anything, wait for ten minutes until the installation process has completed.
4. Please click shutdown when you see the "system preparation tool" screen.
