How do I install CoreELEC on U1?

Hi
Here I asked about some of the h265 files not playing.
It seemed to me that installing CoreELEC on U1 might solve the problem.
But reading the threads, I could not understand how to install CoreELEC.
Can CoreELEC be installed on U1 internal storage?
Do I need to make any special changes to install CoreELEC?
What type of CoreELEC should I install?

Note: You do not lose Android, this creates a dual boot for CoreELEC, you can switch between the two if so required
