How to connect HDD to NEO T5

I have historicly some films on my windows external HDD.
I like to connect this to the T5 USB interface.
But it is not accepted because of format of the HDD.
So how I can read my old films on the T5 ??
Does anybody have some experience ??

NEO T5 is able to read NTFS format HDD.
I have a 4TB HDD drive, and NEO T5 is able to read it.

What format is your HDD?
NTFS, FAT32, exFAT?
