Hope someone can help me out.
MINIX NEO U22 user here.
Cannot install Disney plus from the Google app store as it says my Minix box is not supported.
Found a place to download the software / app / files, all good.
Works fine, can log into my account and choose films etc etc but within about 10 seconds of the film starting I get ERROR CODE 39 and the film won't play.
Now this is odd because for the first couple of days it worked just fine and played films ok, but this evening I started getting the ERROR CODE 39 problem.
I have done all the suggestions I could find online, change HDMI cable and try a different port, uninstall and reinstall, clear cache, temp files etc etc, make sure nobody else in the house is using Disney plus etc etc all to no avail.
Hence the reason I am asking here, because I have drawn a blank.
Any help and advice would be much appreciated.
I signed up to a new phone contract which gave 6 months free Disney plus as an incentive. I was looking forward to watching some nice Xmas movies and it never crossed my mind that my MINIX NEO U22 would have any issues.
