How to get sound through audio output jack on Minix neo u22

Hi have got new Minix box u22 can't get sound through headphone output any ideas thanks mike

I also have this problem, I have found unplugging the power supply from the mains, or unplugging the power supply plug to the box, waiting 10 seconds and plugging it back in again to reboot the box enables sound from the headphone jack, and it will then work again for a day or so, but then it stops working again and needs another reboot.

I reported this issue at https://theminixforum.com/index.php?threads/neo-u22-xj-003a-fw-20200503-bugtracker.2797/post-23955 and a reminder at https://theminixforum.com/index.php?threads/neo-u22-xj-003a-fw-20200503-bugtracker.2797/post-24101 but the problem still exists with 005FW, hoping it might get fixed in 006FW.
