Industrial - Minix Neo x68i turns idle and the remote control does not works

I have a digital signal circuit that is transmitting images and videos using the minix x68 player. Randomly the player is inhibited. When this happens, the remote control does not work to reset the equipment and the only way to reset it is to disconnect the player from the power. How can this issue be solved?
