Is the OTA service available for the U9-H

I have had no luck in using the OTA for a batch of new U9-H here in Thailand, I have tried two different internet providers but alas the same error message appears on the app "no Internet" everything else is getting access to the internet. I have tried wired and wireless connections. I have also tried the service once the image has been upgraded via computer to to see if the stock image (FW06) was corrupt but no luck.
 
It crossed my mind:
If it is the case that the OTA is no longer working then I think consideration should be given to the many hundreds if not thousands of new boxed units waiting in retail outlets to be sold to customers with a variety of expertise ranging form none to very capable. The OTA app is part of the build and should be maintained as a working option for those who just expect have a media player that delivers all the promises offered from product review reports, after all it was thought necessary to produce the FW08 image to resolve issues that were found in development often via customer feedback.

I am fortunate and able in the understanding and have the necessary equipment to update the stock image on a new purchase, not everybody is, and some just want a product to fulfil its promise as touted in the reviews and promotion.

Lets hope the service returns for the sake of the customers that help make a product great, and the U9-H is such a product.

As far as I'm aware it should be available!

I believe MINIX are looking in to why it may not be for some users.
