J50C-4 Max Boot Issue

My J50C-4 Max just decided to go to reboot to the cmos/bios screen with no errors or notifications except a quick “no media present”. I assume this means it is not seeing M2 SSD or SSD has failed. There is a small B4 code then a 99 code in bottom right hand corner of the screen. Any confirmation or ideas? Thanks.

Hi.
Power on your device and enter your BIOS: del key

Then navigate to boot and check if your SSD is present:
see attached file

recommended:
put your BIOS with default settings (exit and save)

install link: (if your ssd is present)

Note:
you can try to download from microsoft website the latest windows 24H2 ISO image (and install it):
after download you can install the ISO from a pen drive for example (rufus or balena etcher are useful programs)

The SSD is not present. I installed another SSD which also was not recognized. Attached is a screen shot of what the boot screen shows. I am not sure what to make of this, and next step(s). I appreciate your assistance.

The boot was in default. This picture shows one of my experimentations to see if any changes would alter the behaviors. I put everything into default modes with no differing effects.

Hum ok.
Maybe one of the steps is to check the hardware, connections:
You need to open the device
