J50C Plus Booting up issues and Blue screen of death

I'm trying to fix one of my friend's computers and when I start it up it takes me to the automatic recovery and then the blue screen of death afterwards. After that it restarts and gives me some recovery options but the only option I can really access is the command line. (reset pc errors out, booting from removable media errors out, there's no valid system restore points and there doesn't seem to be a recovery image either) . I am also able to access the bios by hitting f11. I was thinking of trying to boot from a usb and reinstall windows that way but when I hit f11 upon starting up I only get the options of using the windows boot manager (which takes me back to a blue screen of death) or the uefi shell. So I'm stuck at this point. Any help would be appreciated!

What error code does the BSOD return?

Have you tried Googling the error code for specifics?

Try also to boot into a windows PE version installed on an USB pendrive. You will see where the issue could be (hardware or your windows installation)
