I purchased a J25C a few months ago, now it won’t turn on. No lights, no power nothing. Is it toast or do I need a new power cord? I’ve changed the battery, reset using reset button, nothing works.
J50C won’t turn on.

I realized that a usb-c would work, and it did . Thank you very much for the response. I’ve also contacted the supplier and they will be sending out a new power cord.
