Hi

Never mind, it needed a firmware update. New toys, new problems, new things to learn.

BTW, where do you find the firmware version?

I take it you mean the MCU firmware as that was what you originally posted about here, the firmware is only available via Settings/MCU Settings/Check for MCU Updates, I am not aware of a direct download.

No, it needed a full box firmware update to 503.

BTW, I'm a Mac person and I noticed you need a PC to flash the box. Is there a piece of Mac software that would allow me to flash?

If you prick us, do we not bleed? Come on Minix, make software for the smart guys too?

.....If you tickle us do we not laugh?

..... If you annoy us do we not jab you squarely in the snot locker ;)?

I didn't know owning a Mac actually increased IQ or common sense but I guess that's the default response of a dumbass huh ;)!!?? (Do you continually "IQ level up" with each new Mac you purchase or is it just the one "smart guy upgrade" on the initial purchase alone? :LOL::ROFLMAO:)

I don't think PC users are not smart, but I do have to ask the question since Macs are so much easier and safer to use. :eek: ;)

:giggle::giggle::giggle::geek:

Cant argue with both of you, but I have a couple of doorstop PCs and finally decided to go with Parallels Desktop for Windows on my Mac.

No virus and just a few malware from time to time. Just turn it on and relax. I do find a few Windows viruses from time to time, so I just delete them and move on. Ho Humm. :)

PS: I made a couple of clean Windows backup systems for Parallels Desktop, so if one gets to be a problem, I just move on to another.
