[ THIS IS THE FILE THAT SHOULD BE RENAMED TO dtb.img ]

Open program creator tool
choose version [amlogic s905/s/d/w]
select the .tar file of LE or CE
write to your SD card

write the dtb.img into the root of your sd card and you are set

gxm_q200_2g_minix_neo_u9.dtb this file should be renamed to dtb.img and put into root

This is Exactly what I needed guys. I was unclear about renaming the image file (dtb.img). Now I am in business. Running smoother that the Android TV OS.
