Live wallpaper not working on Neo U9-H

After installing the new latest firmware, the ability to load Livewallpapers has gone, although i have tried many live wallpaper apps, and have had confirmation through google play that it has been installed, but when i go to load them it says app not installed. Also when i open each individual app that i have installed they do not load properly or do not work. Anyone experienced this or have a fix would be greatly appreciated.

I use several installed live wallpaper apps without any problems at all .

Try clearing the system cache, failing that you may need to factory reset if multiple apps are having issues. Something may have been corrupted somewhere, unfortunately it happens.
