lollipop upgrade - apps aborting

Hi
I recently upgraded my neo x8-H plus to the lollipop firmware on this site. Now when I try to run any app on it, it automatically closes down the app after a few minutes. anyone any idea what would be causing my issue.
Also I was previously able to run sky go on the old minix firmware but with this new firmware it gives an error about an external display so I cant use it.......is there a way to use sky go on this firmware version?

What firmware do you use? Official lollipop firmware ? I advice you to flash official firmware and not custom ROM

@charlotteoregan I suggest you go back to the previous firmware or first you could try these...

-He can try before flash any ROM (supposing he have a official Rom ) do a factory reset and test again.
-Then if that dont work do a downgrade or try a custom ROM as @Villa suggested.
