Looking for a manual

There was a tiny folded document included with the unit that showed where the ports were, but I'm looking for an actual manual if one exists.

Immediate question I have is what key to press to get to the boot menu?

Mine is connected via HDMI to a receiver, and the TV takes too long to show the output to see the keyboard commands to enter the boot menu or the BIOS.

Repeatedly spam the delete key as soon as you power on for the BIOS.

Additionally, the Z83-4 Plus is simply a 64GB eMMC version of the Z83-4.

As @ArcticWolf said you have del key to enter UEFI (keep pressing key seconds before the OS restarts).

You also have F11 that is for boot menu or you also can acess UEFI via Windows.
