Was putting on normal win 10 update, the machine restarted went to 30% complete then stopped. Now all that it will do is boot into the shell or Win system recovery. Most of the time the MINIX splash screen comes on, the spinner goes around about two times, then it powers off. Can get into shell, also can get into BIOS to change boot location. How best to proceed to restore Win10?
