Minix 8k Remote/Mouse issues

Seems like I can't select things correctly, can't copy, paste or even scroll to change text.. What happened? Seems like this all started since I updated my box. Any help please? This is very frustrating as it's hard to do anything I want. Thanks for the help.

tivimate.. I can't scroll back to fix text or anything.. is there a different keyboard something I need up? even them I go to certain apps now.. It's seems like the I can't click things too, like IPvanish..

I kind of agree with you regarding input into Tivimate.
Have to input by selecting text either with remote mouse or using keyboard on the back of remote.

I couldn't find a way of scrolling back to correct so have to get things right 1st time or start again.

I swear the first fw when I got the device ir was fine. Now you can’t. Even pasting isn’t too good either. Do you have a problem with like selecting the keyboard and letters as well?

No not really, just scrolling back is difficult.

To be fair I usually (when having to input longer lines of text ie addresses, usernames, passwords etc) use adb /scrcpy from my PC

Can I do it from my iPhone at all? I have my tv and computer in different areas

you don't use Bluetooth? IR kicks in only when the remote is not paired, and during the first few seconds before reconnection is done.
