Minix 9U-H not starting up

My 9U-H does not pass the android logo when I powering it up. I unplugged a few times without success.

Next, I tried to access the recovery menu. It does not allow me. Only stay on android logo screen.

Next, I tried to connect to buring to reload firmware. It does not connect to burning tool. I am using the data cable provided with the Minix. I reloaded the burning tool and driver. I did use the setup previously to connect to burning tool. No success to connect.

What is the next step?

Hi, I have the same problem. I downloaded the firmware and followed the instructions, but when I click to import the image provided in the link, I receive the error message "Parse burning image fail".

Any ideas?

which means that the file you are trying to load is probably corrupted/incomplete
do as @notrui2 suggested or try using a download manager

Hi again, I managed to fix this problem, but now I have a different problem.
The firmware doesn't show the device. My computer can see the device Minix U9-H, but the burning tool.exe sees nothing at all.

Any ideas what to do here?
 
since I can access all files on U9-H on my laptop, is there another way I can reset the minix using my laptop that doesn't need this software?

am guessing that since it imports an image, it is simply copying and pasting files, so can I have access to the necessary files to paste directly on minix to perform a hard reset?
