MINIX broken?

Hi

I am the user below where my box was having problem with fast forward/rewind with local videos. So I decided to flash the firmware again with v006a fw via usb burning tool.
Now it won't boot to home screen at all, front blue light comes on, logo screen and then blue front light turns to yellow light and then it reboots again and again until I pull the plug. I have flashed several times but still can't get to home screen.

Please help.

Hi.
Please flash the device again (can be with the same firmware).

Usb burning tool: (latest v2.2.0 version and use only default options)
After burning sucessfully select stop, remove the usb cable.

U22-XJ:
After that remove U22-XJ power cable, wait for 30 seconds and then insert power cable again.
Let the device start the OS completly.

Tests: (if you can start the device to home launcher)
Do intensive tests to see if you have any hardware poroblem (PSU , etc..), test for example with kodi, youtube.

Other tests:
coreElec, other firmwares

Note:
The device must work fine with pre-installed apps and the latest firmware

Hi I think I have dead emmc as just tried your suggestion and still no go.
I will contact MINIX support thank you.

Have you tried to do a full erase (drop down to the right of the "USB burning tool" window), or just a normal erase?

Can you boot into recovery mode and try to clear cache?

Also, out of curiosity, how did you manage to get USB burning tool to work if even maskrom mode didn't work? I'd like to know for next time. Thanks!

Thanks my friend it seems you are the only that's trying to help me, the staff/support here don't understand I can't really watch or do anything as this is my main media player.

With the flashing without being in maskrom mode, I pressed that pin hole recovery button, plug power & connect usb to pc and it started flashing but still kept pressing/holding the pin hole button and it flashed 100%.

Yes I've got in recovery mode several times to wipe cache, param and data but still stuck on bootloop on MINIX logo screen.

Hi thank you, can you give more information on how to install, I tried SD card maker to burn the firmware unto a fat32 128gb sd card but it didn't install unto the box,

Because they have different hardware althought they have very similar specs.

One example:
-U22-XJ official firmware does not work well with U22-XJ-max and vice versa.
You need the dedicated firmware for each one.

Another example:
Custom ATV firmware 15.2 (slimbox).
Each model have one dedicated file.
U22-XJ-max is now supported (slimbox OS).
 
You are right I may have flash the U22-XJ Max firmware unto my U22-XJ as the links to the U22-XJ firmware on this forum is not working here so I googled it and mistakenly got the max version.

Also I checked "whether overwrite key" in USB burning tool.

I did eventually find the right u22-xj version and flashed It but is still bootloop on MINIX logo page.

Could it be overwrite key erased the keys?

The device should work fine with default usb burning tool settings
Usb burning tool default settings (erase flash (normal erase ) and erase bootloader - both enable).
