Minix doesn't start after shutdown

Hello,
I'm experiencing a strange issue with a z-83 windows 10 minix.
If I shut down the computer, I can't restart it without unplug the power cord and plug it again.
What should it be?

Hi.
You have some issue that is not normal, you should be able to start/shutdown windows normaly with device own power button, i think your problem is that (with WOL is another setup).
You can try this:
1-enter bios and put bios with default settings (personaly i use most of the times this) or disable fast startup in bios
2-Boot windows in safe mode and do a proper shutdown (try again and see if you can start windows after doing this)

3-install drivers:

4-uninstall programs you don't need.
5-if all above does not work you should consider re-install OS: (backup first)
