Minix METRO keeps Stopping

Hi Guys,

I have just bought my second minix box: U22-XJ after having 5 years on Minix X8H-Plus.

However yesterday I realised that the audio was not coming out and after several attempts to fix it I went for a factory reset.

Today I have open again the minix and after installing few apps I went into the "All Apps" and when I scroll them it crashes. A window comes up saying Minix Metro keep stopping.

I attach the error I get.

Could you please advise on how to fix it?

and if you havent already you should run the FOTA update app to get to the latest firmware (currently 004) .
