Minix N42C-4 USB device problem

I'm back again with a follow up to my astrophotography RDC setup.

I have a telescope mount connected to one USB3 port, my imaging cameras to a second USB3 port, and a third camera (QHYCCD) PoleMaster camera attached to the 3rd USB port. When I try to connect, I get an error message (No equipment found). When I plug in the QHYCCD camera with the same USB cable to my laptop, no problem. The unit connects perfectly.

I tried connecting to each of the USB2 ports and no luck. I made sure all my drivers were up to date and uninstalled and reinstalled the QHYCCD software: No connection either. I checked the device manager in Windows and don't see any issues.

Any ideas why this is happening with the Minix? Thanks!

Windows 10 for laptop and Windows 10 Pro for Minix.

I wonder if that's the problem Kar?

No should not matter. Weird issue.
Any other USB device works at the minix?

What software are you using to "connect"?

(btw the PoleMaster is such a great product!!! I have one on my AP900)
