The link above is the exact Minix computer that I have. I have 3 of these that are each giving me inconsistent start ups with freezing on the Minix screen.
Things I have tried:
- Rebooting roughly 30 times
- Different power supplies from another pair of Minix computers I own
- Different outlets in two different homes
- Reset them completely, reinstalling windows 10 from the device
- I tried the other good Minix computers with the "bad" minix computers power supplies and they booted up fine

Hi.
I assume your device has no upgrades (more memory for example).
Before doing more tests put the BIOS with default settings (and save and exit).
Test again.

Currently trying that now. Took the CMOS battery out of one for 5 minutes and about to start it up in a few minutes.
I am also trying on another one, the fast startup option to see if that will change anything.
I also noticed what looks like potential water damage on all 3 or residue so I took the last one and cleaned it off with contact cleaner. These have never been near water but it can get humid where they are set up.

Media player 1: CMOS battery out
Media player 2: Fast startup on
Media player 3: Cleaned what looked like water residue

I will update here if anything happens of interest.

If your device is under warranty i advice you to use it if necessary

I'm not sure where to check that if it is still under warranty. I bought these

And an update:
Media player 1: (CMOS Battery) have not tested enough to feel confident on any changes
Media player 2: Fast startup made it worse, and froze on every start up.
Media player 3: (Cleaned motherboard) have not tested enough to feel confident on any changes, but will say that it seems better than the other two

It gets stuck every time it starts up, maybe the peripheral hardware is faulty. Please remove all peripheral hardware. It may also be SSD, RAM. If possible, try to replace SSD or RAM and test it.
