Minix Neo U1 - Ethernet not working

I recently tried to conect my Minix Neo U1 throught Ethernet cable but is not working... Always says Internet - No conection.

If i use WIF, i have no issues.

I already tried to unplug the cable and conect to my laptop and the cable and internet works fine... so I have no issues with internet neither the cable.

Any sugestions? somebody with the same problem?

I have the last update :

U1 FW13 20170629

Kernel :3.14.29

Have you switched the Ethernet Switch to On?

Settings, Network, Ethernet

Restart router and see if it works.

Router from time to time needs to be restarted in order to work properly although you have internet in your laptop.

If that does not work check your installed apps.

I don´t use VPN app in minix devices but there are cases when you have a VPN app installed ethernet does not work properly

works fine with the u1
 
I have also problem with ethernet and wifi. Both connect wel and if I start an app like plex than I loose my connection with the network.
Anybody idea how I can manage this problem?
I already make a factory reset and it doens't help it. Minix has the latest official firmware
 
I did´t a factory reset and still have the same problem ... no ethernet network...


I'm beggining to think that I already boght Minix Neon U1 with broken ethernet...
