Minix NEO U1 Factory Reset Problem

Hi guys yesterday i joined minix community while installing apps the box got laggy and i decided to make factory reset on android settings than waited approx 5 min and device is tuned off when i started to open the box i didnt connect tv and nothing appear on the tv and now i just see blue light on the box nothing else can anyone pls tell me how to solve this situation Thank you guys

I have exactly same problem. Altough i am able to detect it with USB flashing tool all attempts to flash firmware end at 7% after trying to format Flash memory...dealing with tech support, if succesful i will share solution
