Minix neo U1 shows Android as 32bit and not 64bit

Hello,
I have only just noticed that my Minix Neo U1 is 32bit Android and not 64 BIT as advertised, I even did some OTA update some time ago so assumed it was 64bit.
It looks like it originall came as 32bit. But the spec say its a 64bit box.

How can i resolve this so its 64bit?

Even if it is 32 bit is will not work different..
