It’s been available from most of the Asian sites for the last few months. According to user reviews, people have bought them and have been using them fine for a while.

I might grab one this way myself, but according to the admins here there was supposed to be a final OTA software update releasing on release day (today) for them. So is this still the case? Can I just buy one and then update it to the latest update when it arrives?
