The Shield 2019 Pro doesn't support YouTube UHD 60fps vp9 HDR, the U22-XJ does so I would say you've made a wise choice in exercising a bit of patience (y)
I'm very excited "Marty". Both for the purchase of the U22-XJ and for writing a review of it. For review I have an Hisense HDR TV and access to a marantz dolby atmos AV receiver with 5.2.2 canton speakers (The AV receiver and speakers are owned by a friend). Hope to give a good review.

Tests carried out by Freaktab site Interesting facts:
The cores run @ 1.7, under Ugoos AM6 Pro and GT-King rev.B, 1.8 Ghz
~ 92000 points in the multicore benchmark are again below the 94 / 97,000 reached by AM6 and King B.
HDCP 1. X, not 2.2.

Maybe he's still an engineering champion

does anybody know if "official dolby vision support" means they've actually paid for a license and there's a DV decoder built into the firmware, or if the SoC is just technically capable but you won't really get Dolby Vision? If so, is it dual-layer (dv profile 7)? most media box Dolby Vision support is single-layer (dv profile 5/8) used on DRM streaming sites (Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, etc), but since this box won't even do HD Netflix officially it leads me to believe it's a marketing gimmick. If by some miracle it's dual-layer though, I will buy a few boxes right now!
