Minix Neo U9-H - Widevine L3

Hi, I recently bought a Neo U9-H I noticed while using the DRM.info app it's saying it only has Widevine L3 Neo U9 Security Level HDCP-1, I was under the impression that this model had Widevine L1 for Netflix HD playback etc. I did sideload the latest stable Netflix apk off this site but it would not play above SD quality I am running on FW008 6.0.1 marshmallow, is there anything I can do update the unit to Widevine L1 thanks
