G Gabu New member Nov 18, 2019 #1 My Minix NEO U9-H went off while watching a movie. I have tried to power it back and it does not respond. The blue power light button does not light up even after it is connected to the power adapter.

G Gabu New member Nov 20, 2019 #5 Thanks for the advise. I actually bought a new PSU/ power adapter (5 volts 2A). The TV box is now working.
